In addition to 12 step based treatments, we also provide CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) to help clients deal with addiction. Both methodologies are used in group (2-3 times per day) and one to one sessions (4-5 times per week).
By treating only drug and alcohol addiction we ensure that our expertise is relevant and specific to our clients needs.
Our treatment approach is evidence based and outcome driven. With links to the National Addiction Centre, the Institute of Psychiatry and the South London and Maudsley NHS Mental Health Trust, our clinical team is headed up by a full time Client Services Director/ Psychiatrist. Our nurses are all employed and have extensive experience in addictions nursing.

Our single en suite rooms offer a high level of comfort and privacy whilst linking to a 'buddy' room next door for support. Boutique hotel style accommodation includes a double bed with fresh linen; beautifully appointed bathroom areas; and a study and relaxation area.
Each client is assigned a personal trainer who will design and work through a fitness programme with them during their stay. A fully equipped state of the art gym, and a separate exercise studio for group and one to one Yoga and Pilates, ensures that physical fitness is given priority for all clients, regardless of age or ability - programmes are designed taking these factors into account.
Restaurant and catering facilities are of the highest order, and in the evening, clients can choose from a waiter served a la carte menu.
Luxurious and serene complementary therapy rooms provide a wide range of treatments including hot stone massage, Reiki, Hopi ear candles, acupuncture, Indian head massage and a full beautician service, all of which are included in the overall price. These additional services enhance client comfort during detoxification and treatment and also improve client self esteem in early recovery.
